We also manufacture modified versions of our standard equipment — extended-length WTP tube planishers, 10- and 12-ton hydraulic presses, tube slotters, welding turntables with custom tooling, and large CNC drilling machines.
Our design process includes FEA and calculations for stress, heat, and fluid behavior. Machines are built by experienced toolmakers with an eye toward serviceability: we design for bolt access, easy disassembly, and long-term maintenance. Engineering is completed in SolidWorks. We manufacture all components in-house so spares and future modifications will always be available.
